Contd from above Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in integrated circuit IC design within the DesignforTest DFT domain OR Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or foreign equivalent and 5 years progressive post baccalaureate experience in integrated circuit IC design within the DesignforTest DFT domain. Experience to include 2 years w Masters and 5 years w Bachelors DFT IC design techniques in at least two of the following areas Memory BuiltIn Self Test MBIST, Logic BuiltIn Self Test LBIST, Automatic Test Pattern Generation ATPG, IEEE 1687 IJTAG industry standard, or hierarchical DFT implementation; Register Transfer Level RTL coding and verification using Verilog language, synthesis, timing analysis, place route, or failure diagnosis; Linux computer operating system; TCL scripting language; and working with cross functional teams to ensure product meet customer needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
