SIEMENS CORPORATION – $180,170.00/Year

Must have 5 years of experience with the following skills ability to review, draft and negotiate entire suite of complex project finance transaction documents, as evidenced by list of representative transactions; experience working closely with business partners with large law firm experience or inhouse experience in a large global company; experience effectively managing outside counsel, including negotiating engagement agreements, setting budgets and managing spend; and experience establishing and managing policies and procedures. Approximately 10 travel required.br br Must have First chair experience working independently on project finance transactions, with a heavy concentration in the energy sector.br br Must be eligible to practice inhouse in New Jersey.
