Must have eight 8 years of experience with building and maintaining relationships with and presenting recent market developments and capital management strategies to senior executives and other key decision makers such as CFOs, Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers and Treasury team members; providing financial advice to companies on complex financial transactions; analyzing clients financial statements and other disclosures including credit agreements and sale and purchase agreements in MA situations in order to identify clients financing needs and those of comparable companies; leading the execution of debtrelated transactions, including vanilla bonds as well as complex debt instruments including corporate hybrids and saleandleaseback transactions; and analyzing a clients exposure to a variety of financial markets, including interest rates, inflation, currencies, commodities, and equities, as well as determining the potential impact on a clients financial metrics, including EBITDA, interest expense, EPS, leverage, and enterprise value.br br Must have five 5 years of experience with leading and managing communication flow between various stakeholders during transaction execution and closing, including client, client counsel, lender counsel, accountants, rating agencies, and investors; and recruiting, training, and guiding junior bankers in generating content, presenting to clients, and pricing and executing debt transactions.br br FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 Licenses required to be obtained within seven 7 months of assuming the role.br br Travel required approximately one to two days a week to meet with clients. Travel primarily domestic with occasional international travel. All travel reimbursed by the Firm.
